All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a second email notification once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Willow Gripwear is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting your local carrier or postal office for support.
